A PRAGATHESWARAN

Time bound intake doesn't have any bearing of calorie intake

One year long study with good sampling volume and elemination deviant parameters in the subjects studied. There was a considerable reduction in weight in test group than the control , though statistically not significant.

Intermittent fasting

It would be interesting to see an intermittent fasting paper that corresponds more closely to Dr. Jason Fung's protocols. Either way, this is decent weight loss in a year.
