Dr. Tremblay graduated from medicine and family medicine residency at McGill University. He has been practicing in the Cree community of Chisasibi in northern Quebec since his graduation in 2013.
Robert has a special interest in vulnerable populations and took a year off of northern practice to work in a community health centre in Guelph, ON, working primarily in the domain of addictions and mental health.
He currently holds a faculty lecturer position with McGill University, and enjoys teaching students and residents at the Chisasibi Hospital. Since 2017 he has been Chief of Medicine for his hospital and has been on the board of directors for the Cree Health Board as clinical representative since 2019.
