Régine Blackburn, MD

Dr. Blackburn has over 30 years of experience as a family physician and has held various prominent roles, such as president of the Conseil des Médecins, Dentistes et Pharmaciens (CMDP) from 2004 to 2011 and director of professional services at La Sarre from 2010 to 2013. She has extensive teaching experience, training nurses, family medicine residents at Université de Sherbrooke and undergraduate nursing students at Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT). She has been recognized for her rallying leadership style and strategic communication skills. She is currently the part-time assistant director of professional services at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Québec and leads the department of general medicine there.
