No clinically significant findings from this meta analysis, but methodology was poor. Given that, I will continue to prescribe exercise to my post-menopausal patients for the multitude of other benefits.

meta analysis has poor methodology and hence clinical relevance limited. However, I will continue to recommend exercise to all my postmenopausal patients.
